These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PartnerPulse website and services at partnerpulse.leanaistudio.com, operated by LeanAI Studio srl ("we", "us", "our"). By using PartnerPulse, you agree to these Terms.
PartnerPulse provides a free Affiliate Fraud Audit service. You submit information about your affiliate program and share a data export from your affiliate platform. We analyze your data for fraud-risk signals and deliver a report with our findings.
The audit report is generated by our analysis engine and reviewed for clarity before delivery. It surfaces anomaly patterns and risk signals. It does not constitute a definitive fraud determination. You are responsible for interpreting the results in the context of your own affiliate program and making any decisions about affiliate payouts or relationships.
You must use a business email address to request an audit. By submitting the form, you represent that you are authorized to share the affiliate data from your organization's affiliate platform.
You retain ownership of all affiliate data you share with us. We use your data solely to generate your audit report. We do not share your affiliate data with third parties. We delete your affiliate data within 90 days of delivering your audit report. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The audit report identifies anomaly patterns across three signal categories: click-to-conversion time (CTIT) anomalies, conversion rate outliers, and click velocity spikes. The report assigns risk tiers (no signals, medium, high) based on the strength of these signals.
The report is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the findings. The absence of fraud signals does not guarantee that an affiliate is legitimate. The presence of fraud signals does not guarantee that an affiliate is fraudulent. You should use the report as one input among many when making decisions about your affiliate program.
Nothing in the audit report or on this website constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the report, including decisions to withhold affiliate payouts, terminate affiliate relationships, or take legal action.
The PartnerPulse name, website design, analysis methodology, and report format are the property of LeanAI Studio srl. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our reports or methodology without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeanAI Studio srl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PartnerPulse or reliance on our audit reports. Our total liability for any claim related to PartnerPulse is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (which, for the free audit, is zero).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PartnerPulse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PartnerPulse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
